Understanding Your Coverage Should Not Be Stressful

Navigating insurance can feel confusing, overwhelming, and discouraging, especially when you are already dealing with substance use or mental health challenges. At Resilience Recovery Center, we simplify the process so you can focus on what matters most: getting the right support.

Our team offers confidential insurance verification to help you understand your benefits, coverage options, and potential out-of-pocket costs before starting treatment. There is no obligation and no pressure to enroll.

What Insurance Verification Includes

When you submit your insurance information, our admissions team works directly with your provider to review your benefits and determine eligibility for services.

Insurance verification may include confirmation of coverage for outpatient and intensive outpatient programs, review of mental health and substance use treatment benefits, clarification of deductibles, copays, and coinsurance, determination of in-network or out-of-network options, and explanation of next steps if coverage is limited or unavailable.

We believe transparency builds trust, and we take the time to explain everything clearly.

Who Should Verify Insurance

Insurance verification is recommended if you are considering treatment for yourself, supporting a loved one who may need care, unsure what your insurance covers for substance use or mental health treatment, balancing treatment needs with work or family responsibilities, or seeking outpatient or intensive outpatient services.

You do not need a referral to verify insurance, and verifying coverage does not commit you to treatment.

What Happens After Verification

Once your insurance is verified, a team member will contact you to review your coverage and discuss appropriate treatment options. Together, we can determine the best next step based on your needs, schedule, and goals.

Our role is to support informed decision-making, not pressure or rush you.

Confidential and Secure Process

Confidential and Secure Process

All insurance information is handled securely and confidentially. Your privacy is respected at every step, and information is only used to determine coverage and treatment options.

If you prefer, our team can also discuss self-pay options and alternative arrangements if insurance coverage is limited.
