Referring a client for substance use or mental health treatment requires confidence in the program, the clinical standards, and the way clients will be treated. At Resilience Recovery Center, we value the trust placed in us by providers, employers, EAPs, and community partners.
Our programs are built on clinical excellence, ethical practice, transparency, and respect for human dignity. We work collaboratively with referral sources to ensure continuity of care, clear communication, and appropriate treatment placement.
Referrals are appropriate for adults who need outpatient or intensive outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, individuals with co-occurring mental health conditions requiring integrated care, clients who benefit from structured accountability while maintaining work or community involvement, individuals prescribed MAT who need compliance support and coordination, clients requiring vocational support or recovery-oriented housing connections, and individuals transitioning from higher levels of care who need step-down services and aftercare support.
We accept referrals from clinicians, therapists, physicians, discharge planners, hospitals, treatment programs, employers, EAPs, probation officers, and community organizations.
Resilience Recovery Center was founded with a clear commitment to ethical, person-centered treatment. We do not use fear-based practices, misleading marketing, or one-size-fits-all programming.
Every referred client receives a comprehensive clinical assessment, individualized treatment planning, evidence-based therapy and recovery support, coordination of care with outside providers when appropriate, and services grounded in compassion, accountability, and clinical integrity.
We are committed to treating every individual with dignity and respect.
We believe strong outcomes are achieved through collaboration. Our team works closely with referral partners to ensure alignment with treatment goals, legal or professional requirements, and aftercare planning.
When clients transition out of our program, we support coordinated aftercare referrals and ongoing treatment planning to reduce relapse risk and promote long-term stability.
Our role does not end at intake. We remain focused on providing high-quality treatment, real-world recovery support, and ethical collaboration throughout the client’s time in our program and beyond.
We value long-term relationships with referral partners and are committed to being a dependable resource in the recovery community.
Referrals can be made by contacting our admissions team directly or submitting a secure referral request through our website. A team member will follow up promptly to gather any necessary information and guide next steps.
All referrals are handled with confidentiality, professionalism, and respect for client privacy.
Once a referral is submitted, our admissions or clinical team will promptly connect with the client to begin the intake process. We focus on timely engagement, clear communication, and appropriate placement based on clinical need.
With appropriate consent, we provide referral sources with updates regarding admission status, level of care, and discharge planning. Our goal is to support continuity of care and positive outcomes for both clients and referring partners.
