The Outpatient Program at Resilience Recovery Center is designed for individuals who need consistent clinical support while continuing to manage work, family, and community responsibilities. This level of care provides structure, accountability, and therapeutic engagement without requiring full-time treatment.
Our OP allows clients to remain active in their daily lives while building the skills, stability, and confidence necessary for long-term recovery.

Clients in OP receive a personalized treatment plan built around clinical assessment, individual goals, and ongoing progress. Treatment emphasizes skill development, emotional regulation, and relapse prevention while supporting independence.
Services in the Outpatient Program include individual therapy, group therapy and psychoeducation, case management and care coordination, recovery-focused skill building, and ongoing treatment planning. When appropriate, services are coordinated with MAT providers and other external supports to ensure continuity of care.
The Outpatient Program addresses both substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges that may interfere with recovery. Treatment focuses on relapse prevention strategies, coping skills for stress and cravings, emotional regulation, communication and relationship skills, accountability and routine building, and long-term recovery planning.
Our clinicians use evidence-based, strength-based approaches that promote growth, responsibility, and sustainable change.
Clients benefit from flexible scheduling designed for working adults, individualized treatment rather than a one-size-fits-all model, consistent clinical oversight and accountability, integration with practical supports such as housing and vocational services when needed, and a compassionate environment grounded in dignity and respect.
This balance of structure and flexibility allows clients to apply recovery skills in real time while receiving ongoing professional support.
Outpatient treatment is often a key phase in building independence and confidence in recovery. Our goal is to help clients strengthen coping strategies, maintain accountability, and continue progressing toward personal, professional, and recovery-related goals.
For some clients, OP serves as a primary level of care. For others, it provides a smooth transition from more intensive treatment into long-term recovery.
