financial-assistance

At Resilience Recovery Center, we believe that financial challenges and insurance barriers should not prevent individuals from accessing quality treatment and support. Through our Resilience Recovery Assistance Program, we offer limited financial assistance opportunities to qualified individuals who may be experiencing financial hardship or difficulties with insurance coverage.

Our program is designed to help eligible clients access clinically appropriate care by providing assistance based on demonstrated financial need, program eligibility requirements, clinical appropriateness, and available funding.

Individuals seeking assistance may be asked to complete an application and provide supporting documentation as part of the review process. Each application is reviewed individually and confidentially by our team.

If you or a loved one are concerned about treatment costs, insurance limitations, or out-of-pocket expenses, we encourage you to contact our Admissions Department to discuss available options and learn more about the application process.

Limited funding is available. Contact Admissions at 973-333-2965 to learn more about the Resilience Recovery Assistance Program and determine whether you may qualify.
Financial assistance is subject to eligibility requirements, available funding, and program guidelines. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, admission, treatment services, or financial assistance. Terms and Conditions apply.

Resilience Recovery Assistance Program - Terms & Conditions

The Resilience Recovery Assistance Program is designed to help qualified individuals access treatment services when financial hardship,
insurance limitations, high deductibles, coinsurance obligations, or other financial barriers may impact access to care.

Eligibility

Eligibility for financial assistance is determined through a confidential application and review process. Applicants may be required to provide documentation supporting financial need, including proof of income, employment status, insurance information, household expenses, or other relevant financial information.

Individualized Review

Each request is reviewed individually based on factors including, but not limited to: financial hardship, income and household size, insurance benefits and coverage limitations, deductible and out-of-pocket obligations, housing and transportation expenses, dependents and family obligations, clinical necessity and continuity of care, available program funding.

Limited Funding

Financial assistance opportunities are limited and subject to available funding and operational resources. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Temporary Assistance

Any approved financial assistance, reduced patient responsibility amount, payment accommodation, or reduced rate arrangement is temporary and subject to periodic review. Assistance may be modified, renewed, reduced, or discontinued based on changes in circumstances, program participation, funding availability, or updated financial information.

Patient Responsibility

Financial assistance does not eliminate a patient's responsibility for treatment costs. Patients remain responsible for applicable deductibles, copayments, coinsurance amounts, non-covered services, denied claims, and other balances as outlined in the Financial Responsibility Agreement.

Changes in Circumstances

Recipients of assistance agree to notify Resilience Recovery Center of any significant changes in income, employment, insurance coverage, household size, or financial circumstances that may affect eligibility.

No Guarantee of Admission or Coverage

Participation in the Resilience Recovery Assistance Program does not guarantee admission to treatment, continued treatment services, insurance coverage, insurance reimbursement, or future financial assistance.

Administrative Discretion

Resilience Recovery Center reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, suspend, or discontinue financial assistance based on eligibility criteria, available funding, operational considerations, clinical appropriateness, patient participation, or changes in financial circumstances.

Non-Discrimination

Resilience Recovery Center provides financial assistance opportunities without discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability, or any other protected classification under applicable federal or state law.

Privacy and Confidentiality

All financial information submitted through the application process will be maintained in accordance with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and record retention requirements.

We focus on helping clients understand how mental health symptoms and substance use interact, while developing healthier strategies for managing stress, emotions, and daily responsibilities.
